This is a Limited Liability Partnership Firm. The firm is managed by Shri Jaydeepsinh Virendrasinh Jadeja and promoted by Mr. RajpalSinh Sahdevsinh Gohil and Mr. Haresh Rajyaguru. The registered office of the firm is at Plot No. 541, Mahavir Complex, 1st Floor, Main Bazaar, Ghanti Chowk, Bhachau District. The firm was established in 2017 and started its commercial operations in the Financial Year 2018-19. Mr. Jaydeepsinh has very good experience in Calcination of Bauxite and clay and other refractories works. This plant’s setup was completed in the month of May 2018 and work of calcination started in the month of July 2018 in full swing. Total daily manufacturing capacity of the plant is 120 MT. Calcined Bauxite is obtained by calcining (heating) superior grade Bauxite at high temperature (from 1450 oC to 1600 oC). This removes moisture and oxidized minerals thereby increasing the alumina content. Compared to an alumina content of about 57 % to 58 % in raw Bauxite, Calcined Bauxite has an alumina content of 82% to 89%. The heating is carried out in rotary kilns. Calcination is done at different temperatures ranging from 850 oC to 1600 oC depending upon the customer’s application.
